Mum & Bump meal plan

Pregnancy meals made to nourish mum and bump.

A pregnancy meal plan for the weeks where food gets a bit weird, hunger turns up loudly and cooking can feel like a personal attack. Proper ready meals for mum and bump, with protein, plants, useful carbs, comfort and zero tiny-diet-box energy.

Pregnancy-aware Proper portions Made for mum
The pregnancy fridge fix Ready when you are
01

Real food, no faff.

Meals waiting in the fridge for lunches, tired evenings and sudden “I need food now” moments.

02

More than plain pasta.

Protein, vegetables, grains, pulses, herbs and proper flavour, because pregnancy food can still be joyful.

03

Labels that help.

Clear meal details so you can choose quickly, not inspect the fridge like it is a legal document.

04

Comfort included.

Warm, filling, familiar meals that feel like looking after yourself, not ticking another task off.

Not diet food Not bland prep Not mum last

Pregnancy food should be nourishing, satisfying and a bit of a relief. Not another tab open in your brain.

Mummy Meals difference

Not gym prep for pregnancy. Proper food for mum and bump.

Pregnancy food is not about doubling portions, shrinking portions or turning every meal into a calorie-counting maths problem. It is about feeding mum properly, with bump in mind.

Standard meal prep

A macro box with a mum sticker.

A lot of “healthy pregnancy meal prep” is still the same standard box underneath: neat macros, low calories, gym logic and wording that has been softened for mums.

  • ×

    Gym goals as the default.

Built around cutting, tracking, training and generic healthy eating, then lightly adjusted for pregnancy.

  • ×

    Calories lead the conversation.

The meal is judged by numbers first, even when pregnancy needs appetite, nutrients, comfort and food safety to matter too.

  • ×

    Protein bar thinking.

High protein can be useful, but pregnancy meals need more than a macro target and a side of broccoli.

  • ×

    Pregnancy as a label.

The product stays mostly the same. The packaging changes. Mum’s real week is still treated like an afterthought.

Mummy Meals

Meal box made for mum and bump.

Mum & Bump starts with pregnancy life: changing appetite, food safety common sense, tired evenings, sudden hunger and the need for proper meals that feel good to eat.

  • Mum as the starting point.

We think about pregnancy appetite, energy dips, nausea days, busy days and the reality of needing food already sorted.

  • Nourishing, not restricting.

Proper portions, real ingredients and meals that help mum feel fed, not pushed into tiny boxes or calorie spreadsheets.

  • Nutrition built into real food.

Protein, fibre, plants, useful carbs, healthy fats, minerals, flavour and comfort all have a place on the plate.

  • Pregnancy support that means something.

Clear meal details, pregnancy-aware choices and food that works for mum’s real week, not just a normal meal prep plan with softer branding.

Our point is simple: pregnancy meal delivery should not be standard gym prep dressed up for a bump announcement. It should help feed the mum who is growing, tired, hungry, changing and still expected to carry on with the week.

The Mum & Bump promise

What goes into a better pregnancy week.

This is not about one perfect plate. It is about making the week easier to feed: more proper meals, more useful ingredients, more comfort and fewer emergency snacks eaten over the sink.

Protein earns its place

Chicken, fish, eggs, dairy, beans, lentils and plant-based options help meals feel more satisfying and more useful.

Chicken Fish Pulses

Plants do the quiet work

Vegetables, herbs, grains, beans and seeds bring colour, fibre and variety without turning dinner into a wellness project.

Fibre Colour Variety

Carbs are not the villain

Rice, pasta, potatoes, oats and grains help meals feel steady, filling and worth opening the fridge for.

Energy Comfort

Comfort is allowed

Pregnancy can be enough. Food should feel warm, familiar and doable, not like a lecture with vegetables.

Filling Real meals

Made for real pregnancy behaviour

Because pregnancy appetite has its own personality.

Some days you want gentle. Some days you want bold. Some days the only acceptable dinner is the one already in the fridge.

The plan bends around the week.

Mum & Bump gives you a fridge full of options, so you can eat around energy, cravings, routine and the tiny person currently making all the decisions.

Flexible box Change weekly Choose meals No fixed rules
For the “nothing sounds good” day Keep gentle, familiar meals ready for when appetite appears for exactly 11 minutes.
For the hungry-again day Choose proper portions with protein, fibre and useful carbs, not pretty little boxes that disappear.
For the no-cooking evening Heat, eat, sit down. That can be the whole plan and it still counts.
For the “feed me like an adult” lunch Workday, toddler day, sofa day, appointment day. Mum still gets a meal.
Mum & Bump is a pregnancy-aware meal plan, not medical advice or a replacement for supplements, midwife support, GP advice or personalised dietary care.

How your box works

Three simple jobs. One happier fridge.

Mum & Bump is not a strict menu plan you have to obey. It is a weekly box that gives mum better options when the day starts doing day things.

Step one

Pick Mum & Bump

Choose the pregnancy stage so your box is focused on meals that feel considered for this chapter, not generic meal prep with a softer colour palette.

  • Pregnancy-aware
  • Stage-led
  • Mum-first
Step two

Choose what sounds good

Go higher-protein, plant-rich, cosy, lighter, heartier or whatever your appetite is currently accepting applications from.

  • Flexible meals
  • Clear labels
  • Real choice
Step three

Let the fridge help

Lunch is handled. Dinner has backup. Mum is less likely to become the person surviving on toast, cereal and someone else’s leftovers.

  • Ready meals
  • Less pressure
  • Proper food
What we think about

Pregnancy food has more jobs than “be healthy”.

It needs to satisfy. It needs to feel safe. It needs to be easy. It needs to make sense when you are tired, busy, nauseous, hungry, emotional or all of the above before 10am.

That is why the Mum & Bump plan focuses on everyday meals with protein, plants, fibre, useful carbs, calcium-rich choices where they fit and clear meal details.

01

Something filling.

Because pregnancy hunger does not care that you had a snack six minutes ago.

02

Something colourful.

Vegetables, pulses, herbs and grains help bring variety into the week without turning you into a meal-planning spreadsheet.

03

Something clear.

Meal details help you spot what suits you quickly, especially when your brain has 14 pregnancy tabs open.

04

Something you want.

Nutrition only works if the food gets eaten. Flavour, texture and comfort are part of the brief.

Why it helps

The box saves mum from the daily food debate.

Pregnancy can turn eating into a negotiation. Mum & Bump makes the good option the easy option.

Without the box, the day says:

  • What can I eat?
  • What do I even want?
  • Is toast dinner again?
  • Did I get any vegetables today?
  • Why is cooking suddenly a mountain?
  • Why is everyone else fed except me?

With Mum & Bump, the fridge says:

  • Here is a proper meal.
  • This one has protein.
  • This one is cosy.
  • This one is full of plants.
  • This one takes minutes.
  • Mum gets fed too.

The no-drama pregnancy notes

Good food, clear choices, common sense.

Pregnancy has food rules. We keep our meals clear, practical and easy to understand, then leave medical advice to the people who know you.

Check what suits you

Use the meal details, ingredients and labels to choose around your appetite, allergies, preferences and any personal advice.

Clear labels

Heat it properly

Follow the storage and reheating instructions so meals are served hot, safe and ready to enjoy.

Ready meals

Supplements stay separate

Good meals help the week, but they do not replace pregnancy supplements or personalised guidance.

Food support

Ask when unsure

If you have gestational diabetes, anaemia, severe sickness, allergies or a medical condition, check with your midwife or GP.

Mum first

This is not “eat perfectly”. This is “please feed mum properly”.

No tiny portions. No beige panic meals. No pretending pregnancy is a normal Tuesday with a bump. Just proper food for the week you are actually in.

No diet culture No generic prep No mum afterthought No snack-sized dinners

Good to know

Mum & Bump questions, answered plainly.

A flexible pregnancy meal plan for real weeks, real appetites and real life.

What is the Mum & Bump meal plan?

Mum & Bump is the Mummy Meals pregnancy meal plan. You choose a weekly box of pregnancy-aware ready meals made to help mum eat proper food with less planning, cooking and decision fatigue.

Is Mum & Bump a fixed menu?

No. It is a stage-led plan, not a strict set menu. You can choose meals from the weekly menu depending on appetite, routine, preferences and what sounds good that week.

Is this suitable for early pregnancy?

Yes, you can choose Mum & Bump in early pregnancy, but appetite and sickness can vary. Pick meals that feel manageable and speak to your midwife or GP if you are struggling to eat or keep food down.

Can I use it later in pregnancy?

Yes. Later pregnancy is exactly when ready meals can help, especially when cooking feels harder, energy is lower or you want the fridge to do more of the work.

Does this replace pregnancy supplements?

No. Mum & Bump supports everyday meals, but it does not replace pregnancy supplements, medical advice or personalised dietary support.

Do I have to eat differently every day?

No. A better week is the aim, not a perfect day. The box helps you keep a mix of meals available so you can eat well more often without planning everything from scratch.

Can I switch to Postpartum after birth?

Yes. You can move from Mum & Bump to Postpartum when the baby arrives, or choose whichever meals suit your recovery, feeding routine and appetite.

Can I choose plant-based or gluten-free meals?

Where available, the weekly menu can include different meal types and labels to help you choose. Always check each meal’s ingredients and allergen details before ordering.

Fill the fridge before pregnancy hunger starts shouting.

Choose Mum & Bump, pick the meals you actually want, and make sure mum has proper food ready for the week ahead.
